Yes — we are an Upper Tier Waste Carrier registered with the Environment Agency under licence number CBDU631843, operated by JSL Trading. Paperwork is available for every collection on request.

Pricing is based on the share of van space your waste fills, the type of items (some require extra disposal fees), and access. We always quote upfront — what you're quoted is what you pay.

We can't take asbestos, clinical or medical waste, paints, oils, chemicals, gas bottles or tyres. For anything you're unsure about, send a photo and we'll confirm in minutes.

Not always. As long as the items are accessible and we have a way to confirm what's being taken, we can collect with you off-site. Payment can be taken by phone or transfer.

Card, bank transfer or cash on collection. Payment is taken after the job is done, never before. VAT invoices are available for commercial customers.

Yes. We sweep up the area we cleared as standard. If you'd like additional cleaning beyond that, mention it when booking.

Wherever possible. Our partner transfer stations sort and recover the majority of what we collect — landfill is always a last resort.

Yes. We work with shops, sites, lettings agents, landlords and small businesses on ad-hoc and scheduled collections, with full duty-of-care documentation.
