When you contact us or book a collection, we collect your name, phone number, email, address or location, and any details you give us about the work required. We may also collect photographs you choose to share for quoting purposes.
How we use it
Your information is used to quote, schedule and deliver waste removal services, to keep duty-of-care records required by UK waste legislation, and to communicate with you about your booking. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Customer records and waste transfer documentation are retained for the period required by HMRC and Environment Agency duty-of-care obligations (typically two years for transfer notes, six years for accounting records).
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing clearcyclewaste@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
