How our pricing works
1. Volume
We charge by the share of van space your waste fills — quarter, half, three-quarter, or full van load.
2. Type
Some items (mattresses, fridges, upholstered furniture) have extra disposal fees because of how they must be processed.
3. Access
Most jobs are flat. Stair carries, long walks or restricted access are quoted upfront so there are no surprises.
All prices include labour, transport, loading, sweep-up and legal disposal. VAT may apply for commercial invoicing.
