1. Service
ClearCycle Waste, operated by JSL Trading (Waste Carrier Licence CBDU631843), provides waste removal and clearance services to residential and commercial customers across Kent.
2. Quotes & pricing
Quotes are based on the information and photographs provided. If the actual volume or type of waste differs materially on arrival, we will agree a revised price with you before any work begins. Quotes are valid for 14 days.
3. Payment
Payment is taken after the job is completed unless otherwise agreed. We accept card, bank transfer and cash. VAT invoices are available for commercial customers.
4. Accepted waste
We cannot accept asbestos, clinical, hazardous, or pressurised waste. A full list is published on our Waste Types page. We reserve the right to decline items not disclosed at quoting stage.
5. Access & safety
You are responsible for ensuring safe and lawful access to the collection site. Our team may decline to perform work if the site presents unmanaged safety risks.
6. Liability
We carry public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the contracted value of the job. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or for items removed at your instruction that you later regret.
7. Cancellation
Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations may incur a small admin fee to cover allocated capacity.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
